🚨 ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Omni has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive users.

We will take immediate action against:

• ❌ Objectionable content (illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, hateful, racist)
• ❌ Abusive users (harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech)
• ❌ Child exploitation (immediate ban + law enforcement reporting)
• ❌ Illegal activities
• ❌ Spam and system manipulation

Enforcement: 1st violation → Removal + Warning Repeated violations → Suspension (1-7 days) Serious violations → Permanent ban Illegal content → Law enforcement

Safety Features: ✅ Automated profanity/content detection ✅ User reporting and flagging ✅ Human moderation within 24 hours ✅ User blocking and muting ✅ Age restrictions (13+ only)

ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER: US users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration and waive class action rights.

LOCATION DATA RISKS: GPS coordinates are publicly visible. Sharing locations can enable stalking, harassment, or trespass. You are solely responsible for location sharing consequences.

EXIF CONSENT: You must explicitly consent to EXIF data extraction. Without consent, NO metadata is extracted.

1. Who Can Use Omni

• Age: 13+ (parental permission required if under 18)
• Accounts: Email/password, Apple, Google, Facebook
• Security: You are responsible for account security

2. Your Content & Rights

What You Own

• You keep all rights to your photos, videos, and posts
• We get a license to display and distribute your content

Content Rules (DON'T POST):

• Illegal content, violence, hate speech, harassment
• Pornography, excessive gore, dangerous activities
• Spam, impersonation, copyright violations
• GPS coordinates of private property without permission
• Locations that could endanger safety or privacy
• False or misleading location information

Location & EXIF Data

• EXIF Consent Required: Must explicitly consent before upload
• What EXIF Contains: GPS coordinates, camera direction, altitude, speed
• GPS Accuracy: Typically 5-50 meters (not guaranteed)
• Your Responsibility: Verify locations before posting
• Public Visibility: GPS coordinates are visible to all users on public posts

3. Third-Party Content

• We don't endorse user-generated content
• Third-party links are not our responsibility

4. What You Can't Do

• Hack, spam, or abuse the system
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Harass users or violate laws
• Use for commercial purposes without permission

5. Our Rights

• We own the Omni app, logo, and code
• We can moderate content and terminate accounts
• We can update the app and these terms

6. Privacy & Data

• Read our Privacy Policy
• We collect data as described in the Privacy Policy
• Location data has significant privacy implications

7. Disclaimers

WE PROVIDE THE APP "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTIES:

• No guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Location data may be inaccurate (GPS limitations)
• EXIF metadata may be incomplete or wrong
• Map data from third parties may contain errors
• You use location features at your own risk

8. Liability Limits

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Most damages (limited to $100 maximum)
• Harm from location sharing or GPS inaccuracies
• Privacy violations from your location posts
• Stalking, harassment, or trespass enabled by coordinates
• Third-party content or actions

9. Legal Disputes

For Canadian Users:

• Governed by British Columbia law
• Courts of British Columbia, Canada

For US Users:

• ARBITRATION REQUIRED: AAA arbitration (not court)
• NO CLASS ACTIONS: Individual disputes only
• 30-day opt-out period for arbitration waiver
• Small claims court exceptions allowed
